张敬鑫律师工作及学习情况介绍
张敬鑫，男， 1968 年 12 月 20 日出生，汉族，法律专业本科、会计学专科学历；国家教育部 PETS 英语三级；执业律师、中级会计师。 1992 年 5 月毕业于山东省枣庄财税专科财务会计专业，同年进入印度尼西亚光彩集团中国大陆投资公司，担任公司计划财务部会计主管，从事财务管理、会计核算和建设工程合同管理工作，负责公司基础建设工程项目的核算、企业运营资本管理、筹资及投资管理。其间，先后于 1997 年 6 月和 2000 年 6 月完成山东大学法学院法律专业专科和本科学历教育，并于 2002 年 10 月通过国家司法考试，取得法律职业资格；针对法院执行难所撰写的毕业论文《民事诉讼执行程序的实证分析》获得学院高度好评。 2003 年 3 月至 2005 年 9 月执业于山东枣庄市司法局直属国资律师事务所； 2005 年 10 月至今任青岛市司法局直属律师事务所专职律师、核心团队律师。执业期间，长期与中国东方资产管理公司合作，对其所属的中国银行、中国建设银行股份有限公司等国有金融机构的不良资产进行风险管理和法务分析；通过法务调查，盘活了大量坏帐、呆帐，减少了坏帐损失，极大地维护了国有财产的安全和稳定。多年来，一直为美国加州地煌实业集团青岛嘉煌房地产开发投资有限公司和山东盛苑房地产开发有限公司提供从前期项目立项审批到后期物业管理的全程法律顾问服务。在担任多家企业、公司法律顾问的同时，又被青岛莱西机械工程学校、山东薛城双语实验学校和山东鲁南职业技术学校等多所学校邀聘为法务教导员。

Brief Introduction to Work and Study of Lawyer Jinxin Chang
Zhang Jinzhong, Male, Born on Decenber 20,1968, Han nationality, Undwegraduate major in law, Community college major in accoutancy, PET3 of ministry of state education, Legal pjroctitioner, Intermediate accountant.
I graduated from Shangdong Zhaozhuang Fiscal and Tax college in May 1992, major in accoutancy. In the same year ,I joined the investment company in mainland of china which affiliated to Indoncsia Kungces Group Corporation ， acting as Chief Finance Office in planing financial department. My functions were as follows: dealing with Finance Mangement 、 Managemen t of Accounting 、 Contract of Construction Management and being resposible fo r .accouting for the infrastructure of the company; management of flowing captial 、 raised captial and investment. At the same time, I completed two-year high education in October 1997and undergraduate course in June 2000 in law school of Shandong University respectively.In October 2002,the certificate of state juidicial examination was obtained. With respect to difficulties in excution of effective judicial documents, I wrote the graduation paper< Explaination of Demonstration of Excution in Civil Procedure > which was highly recommanded by the law school of Shandong University.
From March 2003 to September 2005, I worked in state-own law firm affilitated to Shandong Zaozhuang Justice Bureau; from October 2005, I act as a professional lawyer(one of the core team members) in the law firm affilitated to Shandong Qingdao Justice Bureau. In the period of practice, I cooperated with China Orient asset management company ; presented legal proposals and underwent risk management for the unhealthy assets of Bank of China and Construction Bank of China which both affiliated to China Orient asset management company. Through our legal investigation, some bad debts were reasonably disposed of and a lot of loss was reduced so that the stability and safety of state-owned assets were greatly kept. For many years, I act as a legal advisor and provide a complete set of legal sevice from project approval to property mangement for Qingdao Jiahuang Real Estate Development Co.,Ltd which affilitated to D.HUANG lndustries (U.S.A.) and Shandong Shengyuan Real Estate Development Co.,Ltd . While acting as a legal advisor for many enterprises, I am employed as a legal instructor for some schools such as Qingdao Laixi Mechanical Engineering School 、 Shandong Xuecheng Diglossia Experimentation School and Shandong Lunan Vocational Technique School.
I am expert in the following fields: all kinds of disputes of infringment (including: personal injury infringment, disputes of medical treatment infringement, infringment of traffic accident, infringment of industrial injury and labor, infringment of electricity accident, infringment of property right, infringment of quality of products, infringment of state adminstration, etc. ) and disputes of breach of contracts; in addition, placing extra emphasis on analysis and study on company legal affair 、 labor legal affairs 、 construction project and legal affairs of real essets 、 legal affairs of guarantee of investment and financing risk concerning the company .
